Here is a postcard souvenir from our local tourist destination, Old Bethpage Village. I also remember purchasing hard candy sticks as souvenirs, and I think we had some kind of leather coin as well. I remember in elementary school spotting a reenactor's copy of the NY Times and making a big deal about how it didn't fit in the time period.
